Our policies are written with considerations to both the LASH EXTENSION TECHNICIAN/PMU ARTIST/SUGARIST and CLIENT/MODEL in mind to ensure that the best possible service is provided. We adhere STRICTLY to any policies listed.
DISCLAIMER:
We reserve the right to refuse services for any reason. Prices and policies are subject to change at any time. Photos and/or videos may be taken before, during, and after CLIENT’s procedure and may be used for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes by Glorious Aesthetics only. Purposes may include, but is not limited to, posting on social media accounts (Instagram, Yelp, etc.) and Glorious Aesthetics website. Any pictures sent to us from clients may also be used for these purposes. CLIENT is responsible for all remaining procedure balances due. Payment plans are not acceptable. We currently accept Zelle, credit card, and cash.
IMPORTANT POLICIES:
DEPOSIT POLICY:
A deposit is required for any and all appointment booking to lock in your specific date and time and must be made at time of booking in order to receive appointment confirmation. Deposit amounts will vary depending on the procedure booked. Please refer to pricing listed for each procedure. Deposits are processed through Schedulista appointment system. If booking appointments directly through Gloria, then deposits will also be accepted via cash, credit card, or Zelle. Deposits will be credited towards your procedure. For an example: If the procedure CLIENT booked is $150.00, the deposit required is $50.00 in order to lock in the appointment date and time. On the day of appointment, the client is responsible for the remaining balance of $100.00 for payment. Any remaining balance for the procedure will be due the day of appointment. CLIENT is responsible for the full payment once the procedure is done. If CLIENT fails to pay the remaining balance, they may be subjected to legal action.**Please note**ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. NONREFUNDABLE means that under no circumstances will any deposits made be refunded in any form for any reason. NON-TRANSFERABLE means that under no circumstances will any deposits made be transferred to be given or used by any other persons besides the CLIENT for any reason.
LATE POLICY:
Please text or call as soon as you know you’re running late. We can only perform services within your original plotted appointment time. It will automatically be considered a NO SHOW with deposit forfeited if you are 15 minutes or more late. Being late affects the time and quality spent on you and clients after you. Please be respectful and considerate to everyone’s time.
NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY:
If the client no call/no show, the deposit will be forfeited.
RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION POLICY:
We respectfully request a 24-hour notice to cancel your appointment. If you reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduled appointments are based on availability.
REFUND POLICY:
We do not provide refunds for any reason after services have been provided.
GUEST POLICY:
Guests may sit in the waiting area. Guests ARE NOT allowed at appointments, which may interrupt the process during appointment or lead to distractions during procedure. We strive to maintain a CONTROLLED, SAFE, and CLEAN environment for CLIENT and LASH EXTENSION TECHNICIAN/PMU ARTIST/SUGARIST.
